I cannot stand by this change. Bring back the twist eyeliner in dusk. This is a massive disappointment.

I was so stoked to try a long wear clean eyeliner but this did not live up to my expectations.
I am an ardent ilia fan and I could not believe how disappointed I was. I struggled to get a clean cat eye with the pencil. It pulls, it skips and the colour must be built up. I used just the pencil and then when that didn’t work an angled brush to try to smooth it all out. Then once I wasn’t embarrassed to go out, I had an 8 out air con window and when I looked in the mirror I scared myself. My eyeliner migrated everywhere!
Do yourself a favour - if you want less than 4 hours of performance on a lid, this is your liner. Otherwise, it may not be clean, but it lasts 14+ hours and washes off with a little oil - Bobbi Brown’s ink pots.
