Did not glide on smoothly for me as advertised, I felt that it was a bit dry and it tugged. Definitely not my favorite eyeliner.

I am so thankful I had the chance to try Ilia's Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliner for free. I am not sure that I would have even tried without the chance because I hardly ever buy eyeliner pencils. That is because they usually hurt my eyes, poke, stiff, not smooth but this it is the total opposite. Goes on brilliantly, super smooth, great color, and it is waterproof! I highly recommend!
