It’s a nice eyeliner! It stays on and doesn’t smudge. The colore and texture is really great! It only got four stars, which is kind of being generous because it can’t be easily sharpened. I tried the sharpener they sent me with it and I struggle and the point lasts for a day. I use my own, and that also doesn’t work. It’s very frustrating. If only this could be designed similar to the gel liner that rolled up with a twist, life would be beautiful.

I bought the “new revised” pencil in one color because that is the shade ilia recommended to replace the colors they changed. That color is way too dark for me so I had to buy a lighter shade. Then …..
It lost its sharpness immediately after one use and had to go buy a special Ilia sharpener because none of the ones I had would work and I didn’t want to mess the pencil up. . Bought the Ilia sharpener and it literally tore my eyeliner pencil to pieces!! It snags against my eye now and I cannot get a good point. It is terrible. 😞 very disappointed since I’ve worn Ilia for years !!!

First tried a sharpener I already owned which didn’t work at all. This one works great with this pencil. I really like the eyeliner pencil. Applies without any drag and the color is much better than true black.
