We are searching for a multi-faceted copywriter to drive copy and help push the ILIA story across all touchpoints. It’s a unique opportunity connect the teams internally and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. A successful candidate will have both creative and technical experience working as a copywriter for a beauty brand with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to the ILIA voice. It is critical to understand the nuances of clean makeup and be extremely tapped into the beauty industry.




  • Write copy for all materials, including but not limited to:
- Product page copy across +
- E-mails
- Homepage/landing page
- FAQs
- Social media (organic + paid)
- Blog
- Packaging copy
- Product naming
- Education materials
- In store merchandising
- Promotional assets
- Product launch campaigns
- Product taglines
- Press releases
    • Partner closely with marketing department to ensure consistent storytelling across all platforms
    • Proof-read a variety of materials from all departments




    • 5+ years as a copywriter in the beauty/fashion industry
    • Understanding of clean makeup
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Impeccable grammar and punctuation
    • Ability to write both short, snappy copy, as well as longer, more informative copy
