The most important aspect of a skin tint with SPF protection is blending as I have had trouble with different types of tint. The blend was almost easy except for the upper forehead, but overall, it is a good blend.
I have only wore tinted moisturizer for the last decade. The tint in the shade ST5 Bom Bom was just right for me--hardly noticeable. I like how light it feels on my skin. It also made my dark spots less apparent. I also like the main ingredients of hyaluronic acid and niacinamide and also the added 12% zinc oxide that provides SPF 40 sunscreen protection. This product is also fragrance-free and dermatologist-tested--two big pluses. It's a perfect balance of light coverage, moisture and SPF.

I love to eat this during the winter. During the summer I mute it with a matte, but no coverage makeup and my skin looks flawless. SPF 40 is an additional bonus.

I was initially hesitant to try this product because of so many people saying it smelled funny or that it separates, but I am SO glad I tried it. If you've used natural makeup products before, you really won't mind the smell. It's earthy and I find it goes away after a couple minutes.
At first it didn't apply amazingly, but I realized my moisturizer was oil based and interacted badly. I switched that up and I tried it with Ilia's priming serum and GOODNESS did it make a huge difference!! Like, wow. It's now my favourite foundation and it's such a bonus it has SPF in it.
I have gotten numerous compliments about my skin since I've started wearing this skin tint (and I have NEVER gotten compliments on my skin before) sooooo safe to say, this product is amazing. Just make sure to use the right primer!

I received this as a free sample in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely love this Ilia super serum skin tint in STZ Diaz. It comes in a nice little bottle with a squeeze dropper. Its easy to apply and blends in nicely covering imperfections. It gives my skin a nice glow and is very hydrating. I love that this also has spf 40 sunscreen in it along with niacinamide, squaline and hyaluronic acid. Great benefits and my skin looks great!! Love it!!
