Fullest Volumizing Mascara

I was experiencing a ton of eyelash fallout due to other mascaras but I was hesitant to try a new one because I loved the look… this one checks every box! It’s voluminous and lengthening! I was worried it would bleed/rub off on my eyelids because I have more of a hooded eyelid but it stays put all day with no irritation! It honestly feels like I’m not wearing anything it’s so light. It also removes easily in the shower with water and face wash with very little residue left over.

ILIA’s Fullest Volumizing Mascara has become my favorite mascara I have ever used. I didn’t think any product could beat my last favorite but this one does by a long shot! Their formula is absolutely incredible. I have worn it to multiple concerts and it is definitely sweat proof. I wore it for three weeks on Grand Cayman and it is definitely waterproof as well. I would put it on first thing in the morning, go snorkeling until dusk, then go out to dinner. We would get back to our condo late at night and my mascara looked like I had just put it on. This will now forever be my go to mascara. I wish it was a little more affordable, but it is definitely worth the price.

I received the Ilia Fullest Volumizing Mascara in Classic Black from PinchMe in exchange for review. The tube is thick, ergonomic to hold, & easy to use. For day-to-day wear, this mascara is fine. I did experience some occasional smudging. I found the hourglass wand a bit challenging to navigate, especially on my lower lashes. I also feel like the wand shape caused the product to clump up in a weird way when being returned to the tube, and the stopper eventually got semi-clogged with clumpy product that would then transfer to the lashes. I think this would be a good product for someone who only uses mascara on the upper lash line.

I didn't originally purchase this mascara because it looked too heavy/globby in many of the photos people posted. However I received it as a sample and ended up loving it even more than the Limitless Lash Lengthening mascara. I have fine but long eyelashes (which are beginning to thin with age) and this volumizing formula with the wand that separates the lashes really works for me. I think the trick is not to overdo it, at least if you prefer a more natural look. I wore it all day today and had no trouble with flaking or stinging my eyes.
