I received this product for free and I really enjoyed using this for the first time. The packaging is really nice. Very sleek and modern. It’s simple to get the milk out of the bottle and it doesn’t take much to cover the whole face. I like that you pat it into the skin and I actually noticed over time that while I was patting the milk on that my skin was much more plump and hydrated and has begun to “bounce” when I press it instead of just staying flat and dehydrated. It has no fragrance so if that’s an issue tot don’t have to worry about that. I have noticed that my skin has been softer, smoother, plumper and more hydrated. I have red patches that can be bumpy on my cheeks and a spot on my forehead and the redness is now gone as well as the bumps. I’m really impressed with the results so far and can’t wait to see really long term results. I will definitely purchase again when this runs out.

I feel like it is lightweight and absorbs quickly and over time I feel like it’s helping with redness and texture issues. I do wish that it was slightly creamier but it does get the job done. I highly recommend this, especially if you are looking for clean ingredients in your skincare.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I’m obsessed! I’ve used other milky toner products and they are nothing in comparison to the base face milk from ilia. After using for two weeks, twice a day, my skin has never looked or felt better. This also layers well with other skincare products and makeup.

I've been using Ilia The Base Face Milk Essence for a few weeks now. It's extremely lightweight, unscented and a little goes a very long way. I have been using it under the Ilia Barrier Build Cream and they work great together. I believe it's the perfect base for any cream that suits you. It gives an extra boost of hydration. I think this would also be the perfect summer moisturizer all by itself. I'll definitely keep buying this moisturizer. I received a free sample of this in exchange for my honest review and am so glad I did! I love it.

I received the Ilia base face milk as a free sample from pinchme in exchange for my honest review. Picture 1 is before using this product and picture 2 is after. My dry and dehydrated winter skin loves this product. I use it as an essence underneath the Ilia barrier build cream and my skin has been more hydrated and smooth this winter with fewer red patches and flakiness. I think oily skin could use this as a moisturizer as well as it is very lightweight and versatile. Highly recommend for all skin types!
