Can I sharpen Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon with any sharpener?

Lip Sketch is a specially designed pencil with a unique size. For best results, we recommend sharpening it with the Large Sharpener only.

Can I pair Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon with Color Block or Balmy Gloss?

We love to layer Lip Sketch with Color Block Lipstick for more definition. Lip Sketch may feather if lip glosses or oils are layered on top, so we recommend wearing it on its own or paired with a lip product with a matte, satin, or cream finish.

What is the packaging made out of?

Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon is made from sustainably sourced cedar wood—inspired by our founder’s father, an architect who would sketch with cedar pencils. The cap is made from polypropylene, and the outer carton is made from recyclable paper.

    Creamy, hydrated lips

    I received the Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon complimentary from ILIA and PINCHme. Having dry lips, I typically apply a lip balm before using it, which helps to soften the appearance of my lip lines. Even without balm, it glides on effortlessly, leaving my lips feeling smooth, creamy, and hydrated, akin to wearing lip gloss. It also has a nice lightweight feel. The pencil's generous size is perfect for lining and filling in my lips. The shade I received, Genre, is a lovely mauve that looks stunning, although to me it appears to have an auburn tint in photos.
