How to Use
Using the fine, flexible soft tip applicator, gently define eyes with a soft, sweeping motion close to lash line.
Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for long, lifted lashes that tie everything together.

Many black pigments in the beauty industry are derived from an ingredient called Carbon Black. Studies have shown that Carbon Black is a carcinogen and should be avoided whenever possible. Instead, we chose to get the black pigment from Charcoal which is a clean alternative.
