Job Summary

We are searching for an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to work as part of our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment supporting the growth of You’ll need to feel naturally at home working in technical systems, e-commerce platforms, and troubleshooting issues during QA. This is an environment that requires fast, problem solving decision making to support the growth we are experiencing.

Role & Responsibilities: Website Management

  • Facilitate site update requests (p-page content, image swaps, grammatical edits, etc.) within our CMS

  • Help expand core content on p-pages and replicate our new copy structure across all products on site (what it is, how it works, what you need to know…)

  • Work with education to expand on product FAQs as needed

  • QA product info sheets to ensure we’re putting our best claims forward

  • Improve our SEO structure by adding image tags, building out internal links, etc.

  • Own UGC on product pages and facilitate approvals as necessary

  • Project management including pushing reviews & approvals cross-departments with marketing, creative, and operations

  • Project management including maintaining the ecommerce calendar

  • Publish / edit landing pages and other website content as required (ie. careers page, Shipping + Returns, store locator, blogs, giveaway rules, etc)

  • Assist with setting up and testing new promotions, site features and product launches Email Management

  • Support our emerging Customer Retention and Replenishment strategies by refreshing email content for automation

  • Pause and reactivate emails in flows based on inventory levels

  • Ownership of restock emails using our pre-approved copy and template

  • Identify opportunities to turn past IG stories into targeted email blasts or post-purchase messaging

  • Provide copy for ~3 emails/month, specifically around product tips (ex: 5 ways to wear liquid light) or branded themes (ex: ingredients, sustainability, who we are, etc.)

  • Serve as point person for any multi-brand giveaways requiring email promotion

  • Project manage the email lifecycle from briefing to review before sending

  • Set up campaigns in Klaviyo and assist with proofing/testing as needed

Competitive Analysis

  • Have a pulse on competitors for improvement opportunities on our site and comms

  • Log unique or best in class ads, emails, and other types of content as they cross their radar, sharing with the team as appropriate

  • Track key competitors’ activity around important events like BFCM and F&F

eComm Operations

  • Keep a close relationship with Ops to make sure launches, projects, offers go smoothly.

  • Send a monthly “Upcoming On Ecomm” email to the greater team to ensure they’re aware of our major pushes, inventory updates, changes in sampling, etc.

  • Set up quarterly company gratis and other promo codes as needed


  • Strong QA experience, attention to detail

  • Familiar with simple tools in the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Familiar with Bulk Sheets in Excel for Bulk Actions

  • Naturally curious on how things E-commerce websites work and how to troubleshoot them

  • Experienced in a Fast-paced DTC e-commerce environment

  • Aptitude to learn technologies, such as Zendesk, Shopify, and other relevant partner solutions.

  • Skilled at communicating issues to leadership.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interest in natural products is a plus!

  • Willingness to tackle any challenge, even if not directly relevant to core competencies.
