I wanted to love it
The color was so pretty but my eyelids are oily. This formula was not meant for my skin type. I even tried with concealer under not it was a no go.

Smooth!
I got a free sample of this eyeliner from PinchMe. It goes on really smoothly and stays put. I got the blue one and it is a nice dark navy-ish blue color. I will definitely be buying another one when it runs out.

gel formula glides on easily without tugging or pulling on delicate eye skin.
