Frame

- Glide the flat side of Eye Stylus Shadow Stick over lids. For definition, use the slanted tip along the upper lash line. For a brightening boost, use the slanted tip on the inner corners.
- Glide Thru Line along the lash line or waterline. Use the smudger side of the Angled Line + Smudge Brush for a soft, diffused effect, or the angled side of the brush to pull color out into a soft wing. Work on one eye at a time—the formula sets quickly.
- Glide the shorter side of the Limitless Lash wand through lashes to lift and define, then use the longer, comb-like side to lengthen and separate. At the end of the day, simply remove with warm water or your favorite cleanser.

I was so happy with the eyeliner until the knob of color that was there at the end of the pencil wore down and I tried to turn the brown end to release more color. It wouldn’t turn. Took off the brown cap and it looked like it must turn, but it was solidly stuck. I tried a small pliers and the brown end totally disintegrated. End of eyeliner pencil. Should the brown cap turn? Does it release more color? Or is that all there is, a few applications and done?
