ILIA Beauty Limited Warranty
ILIA Beauty warrants to the original consumer purchaser from www.iliabeauty.com or an authorized ILIA Beauty reseller that the product you purchased conforms to the specifications on the website, is described as specified on the package and is new, merchantable and free from defects in material and workmanship.
Who May Make a Warranty Claim
Only the original consumer purchaser of the ILIA Beauty product in the United States, purchased from www.iliabeauty.com or an authorized ILIA Beauty reseller, can make a claim. The only authorized reseller on Amazon.com is Carbon Beauty.
The Coverage Period
This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for up to three (3)
months (the “Warranty Period”). We may change the availability of this limited
warranty at our discretion. Should we make any changes to the Warranty Period, it will not apply to previous purchases.
What is Not Covered Under The Limited Warranty
ILIA Beauty does not warrant any products purchased from unauthorized ILIA Beauty resellers. This ILIA Beauty limited warranty will not apply to products purchased on Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from Carbon Beauty. Ilia Beauty reserves the right to inspect any items covered under the Limited Warranty and reject products that indicate a material variance between the product specifications on the website or printed on the package and the returned item. In addition, this limited warranty does not cover any damages due to transportation, improper storage or use, modifications, normal wear and tear; or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a limited warranty claim, please contact customer support at info@iliabeauty.com. We may request proof of your original purchase from our website or an authorized reseller. You may be required to return the product to Ilia Beauty at your own cost. Ilia Beauty may not accept any returns that do not include a written return authorization from our customer support team.
What Is Provided Under The Limited Warranty
For any claim under this Limited Warranty, ILIA Beauty will either replace the product, or issue you a refund or credit for the paid amount. A claim that includes a refund or credit will not include shipping costs.
Limitation of Damages
ILIA BEAUTY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SALE, DELIVERY, USE OR FAILURE OF A PRODUCT OR BREACH OF THE WARRANTY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
