Ready to get started? You can subscribe on the product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. Simply select the desired frequency, add to cart and checkout.

Products ordered through the Auto-Replenish program will lock in at 10% off for your first and all recurring Auto-Replenish orders plus free shipping until cancelled.

When on the product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart, you’ll be prompted to sign certain items up for automatic replenishment. Simply select the desired frequency, add to cart and checkout.

Yes, you can process your return or exchange as you normally would via our Returns Portal. All you'll need is your order number and zip code.

Log into your account and click on Subscriptions to manage active orders Auto-Replenish orders. You have the ability to make specific changes to each product:

• Change shipping address

• Change billing address

• Change next charge date

• Change frequency of the delivery schedule

• Skip shipment

• Update quantity

• Add product

• Edit payment method

• Cancel subscription

• Re-activate subscription

All orders are processed at 12am on the scheduled order date.

To modify your order, simply log into your account and click on Subscription. Changes must in made prior to 11:59pm PST the day before your scheduled order date. For example, your next order is scheduled for 9/13/22 - changes should be made by 9/12/22 before 11:59pm PST.

Order Now allows you to place an order in the moment for the product(s) within the Auto-Replenishment plan at 10% off and free shipping. It will not cancel and/or replace your future delivery.

Log into your account and click on Manage to view your active Subscription orders. Under your active Subscription, click on Shipping, and then make the necessary edits and update.

We'll send you an email reminder three days before your ILIA Beauty Auto-Replenishment order ships. We recommend adding info@iliabeauty.com to your email contacts so it doesn't go to spam. You can also log into your account anytime to view your scheduled deliveries. Under the Subscriptions tab, click Manage, then Deliveries.

The beauty of the Auto-Replenish program is having complete ownership over the frequency of your product orders. You can choose to receive your ILIA products every month or every 4 months - or any frequency in between.

Your credit card will be charged on the order date selected when you signed up for Auto-Replenish.

Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, click on Billing Information and select Send Email to Update. This provides you with a secure link to update your payment information.

Log into your account and click on Manage to view your active Subscription orders. Click on Payment and then Email to Update to receive an email that will send you an email to securely update your payment and billing information.

Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, click on Edit and select Next Charge Date. From there you'll select the new charge date and update.

Changing your charge date and changing your order frequency are different actions. If you'd like to change both charge date and frequency, you will need to do so separately.
