United States

Orders will be processed at our warehouse in Ohio within 1-3 business days. You will receive email communication from info@iliabeauty.com when your order has been shipped and delivered. Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive once it's been shipped.

You can also enter the tracking number into our tracking page here using your order number: https://iliabeauty.com/pages/order-tracking. If you don't see any updates within 3 business days, contact customer service.

For standard shipping within the U.S., YunExpress switches to either USPS, UniUni, or Gofo for final delivery. You'll see this information on the YunExpress tracking page as well. 

If your order is lost in transit and you purchased Package Protection during checkout, please file a claim in our Returns & Claims portal here: https://iliabeauty.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/

Canada

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping time begins after your order has shipped. Delivery estimates by region:

• CA Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days after shipping, except Nunavut is 10-14 business days

• Expedited options are not available within Canada

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Need your order by a specific date?

If you need your order before a trip, event, or deadline, make sure to add both:

• 1–3 business days for processing

• Plus, the delivery timeframe for your region

We recommend placing time-sensitive orders as early as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, our team may be able to assist— just reach out to supportca@iliabeauty.com.

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see that email within 1 business day of your order being marked as “Fulfilled” in your account, check your spam or promotions folders. For Gmail users, also check the “Social” and “Promotions” tabs.

Tip: Add info@iliabeauty.com to your contacts to make sure future emails don’t get lost.

If your order status is still “Order Confirmed” after 3 business days, it may still be processing. In that case, feel free to contact our support team— we’ll be happy to help.

United Kingdom (UK) 

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipping

• Rushed options may be available at checkout, depending on your location

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Below are the details for out-of-area delivery fees and shipping times:

   1. Royal Mail Priority (2-3 business days after processing): £16.95
2. Scottish Highlands
   1. Royal Mail Priority (2-3 business days after processing): £16.95
3. Isle of Man
   1. Royal Mail Priority (2-3 business days after processing): £16.95
4. Channel Isles
   1. Royal Mail Priority (2-3 business days after processing): £16.95

European Union (EU) 

All orders to the following European countries ship from our UK warehouse (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, & Spain). Orders take 1-3 business days to process, and then the in-transit times below are in addition to the processing time. There could also be delays at customs or due to weather. Please consider this when placing your order.

Our warehouse ships orders Monday-Friday and is closed for major holidays. Shipping costs €12, and we do not offer expedited options for Europe at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that we do not ship to Mallorca (Majorca) or the Canary Islands in Spain.
