How To Use

Line + Define

Glide Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliner along the lash line or waterline.

Smudge + Soften

Blend with the smudger side of the brush for a soft, diffused effect. Work on one eye at a time—the formula sets quickly.

    I love my Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliner (in Flourish - perfect for blue eyes) AND it works absolutely PERFECTLY with my Angled Line + Smudge Brush! I use them both daily as the two go hand in hand. Love them both!

    Has potential

    I’m sure this would work with some other kind of liner, but I’ve not had much success with this at all with ILIA’s newest waterproof liner 🤷🏼‍♀️
