  • Prep skin with a few drops of True Skin Radiant Priming Serum. Allow 60 seconds for it to sink in.
  • Shake well. Uncap the bottle and dispense 1-2 pumps into your hand.
  • Blend into skin with your fingers, a makeup sponge, or a brush, like our Complexion Brush or Perfecting Buff Brush.
  • Build your coverage by applying another thin layer wherever needed.
  • Finish by pressing your palms against your skin to help the formula melt in.
  • For a soft-matte finish, set with Soft Focus Setting Powder.

What's the difference between True Skin Serum Foundation and Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40?

True Skin Serum Foundation is a buildable, medium-coverage foundation with a natural finish. Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 is a tinted serum with light coverage, mineral SPF, and a dewy finish. Both formulas are powered by potent levels of skincare ingredients to visibly improve bare skin over time.

How should I apply it?

You can apply it with your fingers, a makeup sponge, or a brush—it’s up to you. We like to apply it with our Complexion Brush or Perfecting Buff Brush for the most seamless application.

How can I recycle the packaging?

Once clean and empty, the bottle is recyclable through most curbside recycling services. Check your local recycling guidelines to be sure. The pump and cap can be recycled for free through our partnership with Pact Collective.

    Truly Amazing

    I am a breast=cancer survivor and my diagnosis made me rethink everything that goes into and on my body. I was SHOCKED by the toxic chemicals pervasive in cosmetics and skin/hair care products. I did my research and found Ilia. I am so impressed with the texture and durability of the True Skin Serum Foundation. I'm 62 and have fine lines and wrinkles and have found that other foundations accentuate these whereas, this foundation doesn't. It's rich, hydrating and the perfect match for my skin color (I took the test.) My skin looks dewy without looking wet and it stays that way all day. I will be buying more when this bottle runs out.

    wow!!

    It's always scary trying a new foundation online, because finding the perfect color match isn't easy. The biggest problem with being so pale is when you find a foundation that looks perfect at first, only for it to oxidize into a horrible orange later in the day. This foundation does not oxidize orange on me! I prefer a more yellow warm undertone in my makeup and I'm very pleased with the longevity, glow, and eveness this gives me. I set it with Saie translucent setting powder, and the color is flawless! (I'm wearing shade Cozumel SF 1.75.) I was worried this would feel greasy and slide off my face or rub off onto clothes, but so far with the setting powder I haven't had any issues. At 31 my skin is starting to show signs of aging, and this foundation literally rewinds the clock. I'm obsessed!

    Never going back!!

    Having tired so many foundations and most are either too expensive from my teacher pay or too cakey and the color not good for all the time my face has. So I don't get an even look.

    Th those days are behind me. Thanks to ilia. I have never been so impressed with a skin care makeup company. Ever this shade is perfect for me. It is buildable when I want it to be like in the middle of the day. I'm not disappointed. I am so excited that I found something that I can get that makes me look probably 5 years younger. Smooth, even and light. Thank you!!!
